Introducing a low cost training day for comanies that feel some stimulating training would be good for their managers. Training which includes a full length film Twelve O'clock High probably the best World War II movie ever produced. The film has been widely used for training, and is a powerful tool to gain knowlege about good management.
The training lasts for one day and demonstrates that managers should look upon themselves as leaders, and points delegates in that direction. There will be some delegate participation where they will be able to demonstrate their communication skills. The training will also look at John Adair's Action Centred Leadership concept, which goes hand in hand with Charismatic leadership and is also clearly demonstrated in the film that will be shown.
